PAYMENT AND TRANSPORT

1. PAYMENT METHODS:

- Payment Card: pay using the Global Payments payment gateway to which you are redirected before completing your order.

- Bank transfer: pay by bank transfer to the account indicated in the payment request for your order, which will be delivered electronically to the email address indicated in your order. Please remember to include the variable symbol corresponding to your order number. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received in our account.

- Cash or payment card on delivery: pay on delivery, postage is increased by the cash on delivery fee.

 

2. SHIPPING METHODS:

Goods ordered in our online shop are generally ready for dispatch (except for weekend orders) within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, then within 24 hours of the amount being credited to our account. At the latest, we dispatch the goods within three days of receipt of the order. If for any reason this deadline cannot be met, we inform customers immediately by e-mail or telephone.

Shipping methods:

- CZECH POST:

Parcel to your address: the parcel is delivered to the address you specify within the second day after submission. You will be informed electronically about the dispatch of the goods and the post office will communicate with you about the expected delivery by text message to the phone number you provide in the order. If the post office does not reach you, you will be given the option of alternative delivery. The package can be stored at the post office for up to 15 days.

Postage in case of prepayment: 99 CZK (COD + 35 CZK)

Parcel to the Post Office: the parcel is delivered to your nearest post office within the second day after submission. You will be informed electronically about the dispatch of the goods and the post office will communicate with you about the expected delivery by text message to the phone number you provide in the order. The package can be stored at the post office for up to 15 days.

Parcel to post office: Postage in case of prepayment: 99 CZK (COD + 35 CZK)

- PPL:

The parcel will be delivered by the second day after submission. You will be informed electronically about the dispatch of the goods and the shipping company will communicate with you about the expected delivery by text message to the phone number you provide in the order. If you choose to have the delivery address delivered to your place of employment, please also include the name and address of the company where you work.

PPL: Delivery to your address:

Postage in case of prepayment: ČR: 120 CZK (COD + 35 CZK)  SK: 205 CZK (COD + 35 CZK)

PPL ParcelSmart: Delivery to PPL Box or ParcelShop:

Poštovné při platbě předem: ČR: 99 Kč (Dobírka + 35 Kč)  SK: 125 Kč (Dobírka + 35 Kč)

- ZÁSILKOVNA:

The parcel will be delivered by the second day after submission. You will be informed electronically about the dispatch of the goods and the shipping company will communicate with you about the expected delivery via sms message to the phone number you provide in the order.

Zásilkovna Z Point: Postage in case of prepayment: 85 CZK (COD + 35 CZK)

 

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF GOODS PURCHASED THROUGH THE E-SHOP:

Our customers have the possibility to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason and without any penalty.

If you decide to withdraw from the contract within the 14 day period, we ask you to comply with all the conditions below.

Returned goods from the e-shop:

- must be complete

- we do not accept returns of opened cosmetics for hygiene reasons, except if the product is faulty

- must be sent or delivered in person no later than the 14th day after physical receipt

- must not be sent on COD, such a shipment cannot be accepted by us. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the products

- must not have been used, damaged or bear visible signs of wear and tear

If all the above conditions for returning the goods are met within 14 days, we will refund the purchase price within approximately ten days of the return (personal delivery or shipping service). In the case of return of goods by transport service, we do not cover the costs associated with this transport.

Returns procedure:

Please inform us of your intention to return the goods at info@thepellamedit.com, and we would be very grateful if you could provide us with the real reason so that we can evaluate the case and draw conclusions for the future to improve our service.

The refund of the purchase price is legally stipulated within 30 days, but in our case, if the previous conditions are met, we will refund the money within approximately ten days by bank transfer to the account specified in your message or delivered with the goods.

The goods must be sent to Expedition Prague s.r.o., Výtvarnická 841, 156 00 Prague 5.
