Formulated with natural bioactive ingredients to provide protection against daily environmental effects such as UVB and UVA radiation, dehydration, pollution, oxidation, dryness and microbes. Resulting in resilient, smooth and toned skin.

Wind, cold, heat, light, allergens, air pollution are the most common external stressors that our skin is in constant contact with. The higher the exposure, the greater the incidence of dryness, looseness, patches, wrinkles and other skin reactions. This is why it is so very important to support the skin’s top layer. We have formulated 5 necessary protection qualities into Rich Day Cream, which give the skin daily vital protective barriers to be balanced and healthy: 

ANTIOXIDANT PROTECTION

Added antioxidants in the formulas – vitamin E, rose-hip butter (vitamin A), chrysanthemum and apricot kernel oil – provide a combination that provides the skin with protection from environmental effects on a daily basis.

UVA, UVB AND BLUE LIGHT PROTECTION

Natural bioactive ingredients prevent the formation of lines and wrinkles, making the skin look more youthful. Karanga seed oil provides protection against UVB radiation and blue light due to its absorption capacity. Extracts of the micro-algae Dunaliella salina and Haematococcus pluvialis strengthen the skin’s own defense mechanisms and regulate various genes involved in oxidative stress, giving protection against UVA.

ANTI-POLLUTION PROTECTION

Brown algae Undria pinnatifida creates a protective barrier that prevents pollutant particles in the air from reaching the skin and strengthens the skin’s natural antioxidant mechanism, in other words, preventing the signs of ageing.

MOISTURE LOSS PROTECTION

A combination of natural osmotically active substances, the red micro-algae Kappaphycus alvarezii, plant glycerin and seawater, retains moisture and attracts water from the environment back to the skin. The protection ensures long-term hydration, strengthens the skin’s lipid barrier and protects against dehydration.

POST-BIOTIC PROTECTION

The peptides from the fermentation cultures of probiotic bacteria – Lactobacillus and Cocos Nucifera Ferment – help maintain the balance of the skin microbiota, promoting the survival of beneficial microorganisms and providing a protective effect against harmful organisms, resulting in beneficial effects on skin health.
